- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 cups chocolate frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your dry ingredients, including the chocolate cupcake mix, and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together your wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
- While the cupcakes cool, prepare your chocolate frosting or have your store-bought frosting ready.
- Once the frosting is made, fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Generously frost the cooled cupcakes, creating a tall swirl.
- Chill the frosted cupcakes in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the frosting.
- Serve at room temperature and enjoy!
