- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter, press into pie pan and chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat softened cream cheese, add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- Melt the Chocolate: Melt unsweetened chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth and let cool slightly.
- Combine Everything: Fold whipped topping and melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture.
- Add Coconut and Pecans: Fold in toasted coconut and chopped pecans, reserving some for topping.
- Assemble the Pie: Pour filling into the chilled crust and sprinkle reserved coconut and pecans on top.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Slice and Share: Cut into generous slices and enjoy with loved ones.
