Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter, press into pie pan and chill.

  3. Melt the Chocolate: Melt unsweetened chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth and let cool slightly.
  4. Combine Everything: Fold whipped topping and melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add Coconut and Pecans: Fold in toasted coconut and chopped pecans, reserving some for topping.
  6. Assemble the Pie: Pour filling into the chilled crust and sprinkle reserved coconut and pecans on top.
  7. Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
