Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, saving a cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped broccoli and any additional vegetables, sautéing for 5-7 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables, tossing to combine.
