Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and pour any remaining marinade over them. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
