Ingredients
Scale
- Gyoza (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring chicken or vegetable broth to a gentle boil. Add minced garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, then let it simmer on low.
- Carefully add in your gyoza and let them cook according to the package instructions, usually about 6–8 minutes until they float to the surface.
- Toss in your sliced mushrooms and bok choy during the last couple of minutes of the gyoza’s cooking time, allowing them to soften but remain vibrant.
- Drizzle sesame oil into the pot just before serving. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh scallions.
- Ladle the Easy Gyoza Soup into bowls and enjoy!
