Description

A comforting bowl of Easy Gyoza Soup featuring tender dumplings, rich broth, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Gyoza (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring chicken or vegetable broth to a gentle boil. Add minced garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, then let it simmer on low.
  2. Carefully add in your gyoza and let them cook according to the package instructions, usually about 6–8 minutes until they float to the surface.
  3. Toss in your sliced mushrooms and bok choy during the last couple of minutes of the gyoza’s cooking time, allowing them to soften but remain vibrant.
  4. Drizzle sesame oil into the pot just before serving. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh scallions.
  5. Ladle the Easy Gyoza Soup into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust soy sauce or seasoning to taste.
