Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Measure out the Greek yogurt, garlic, Parmesan, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, Parmesan, anchovy paste, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify the dressing.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve over your favorite salad or use as a dip for fresh veggies.
Notes
If desired, adjust thickness with a splash of water or more olive oil. Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
