Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and a splash of water. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until light and fluffy.
- Layer crumbled cookies at the bottom of serving cups, followed by cranberry mixture, and then cream cheese blend. Repeat layers until cups are full, finishing with cream cheese.
- Garnish with citrus zest and whole cranberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
