- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare the cranberry sauce: cook fresh cranberries with sugar and water until thick, and let cool.
- Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in the vanilla.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cups starting with the cream cheese mixture, followed by graham cracker crumbs and cranberry sauce; repeat the layers.
- Chill for at least 120 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with whole cranberries or mint leaves before serving.
