- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup pomegranate juice (100% pure)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse turkey wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pomegranate juice, honey, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the turkey wings with the marinade and let them sit for at least 1 hour.
- Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, turning halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Baste with remaining marinade during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Let wings rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh pomegranate seeds and rosemary.
